Just like you train your muscles by lifting weight in the gym, your brain needs training too. But instead of lifting a weight you will be training your memory and brain to memorize things. That’s the main task of the brain anyway.
The Alphabet Forwards
The basic thing that I actually started with was memorizing the 26 alphabets of the English language. The best way to do this

- Batch two: J K L M N O P Q R
- Batch three: S T U V W X Y Z

I used the same procedure I was using back in high school to learn both forward and backward and learning forwards was super easy but the same thing cannot be said when it comes to memorizing the letters
